Kim Hin Industries Bhd, Sarawak's sole tile producer, is investing about RM 35 million this year to install more production lines to boost production. Group managing director, Johnny S. H. Chua said yesterday, three more production lines were expected to be completed in addition to the existing seven by the year-end. |

Kim Hin Buying Rolnic Ceramic For RM8 Million
Kim Hin Industry Berhad is taking over ceramic wall and floor tiles manufacturer Rolnic Ceramic Sdn Bhd for RM 8.68 million cash.
Kim Hin has entered into an agreement to acquire an 80 per cent stake in Rolnic from Antah Holdings Bhd and the remaining 20 per cent from Tunku Najihah Tunku Besar Berhanuddin.
In a statement yesterday, Kim Hin said the proposed acquisition was in line with the company's long term strategy to set up a manufacturing base in Malaysia.
